Ruhil Holdings was established in 2014, Anshul Ruhil and Deepika Ruhil are the owners of the Ruhil Holdings.
Anshul, 41, is charismatic as he is tenacious. Born in Dekhora village near Rohtak in Haryana, he was raised by his mother, Bala Devi Ruhil and grandparents who were farmers. His father passed away four months before his birth. His mother was a school teacher and despite all the hardships, instilled all the good values and game him a bright future.
Anshul moved to Canada in 2003, worked at IBM and DTDC at wall street and moved to LexisNexis years later. Under his leadership, employee engagement and loyalty score in Canada has risen from -18 to 89+ with 0% attrition rate.
Dr. Deepika Ruhil is a flourishing self-made entrepreneur constructing a fantastic future for the individuals around her. She’s a medical graduate (MD) but aspired to create a difference in more lives; hence she joined IBM Watson Management and contributed taking medical software product to next level by helping team enhance more radiology features in the radiology solution for Innovative reading workflow. Now she has dual focus of consulting and managing the family real estate business.
